Important Note: Please copy and paste any menu items into a separate document before unlinking them from a community since the menu items will no longer be shown on the community from where they are removed.
This will allow you to quickly recreate the menus once the menu is unlinked from the parent community menu.
1) Click on Menus on the left-hand side:
2) Click on the menu that you want to unlink (for example: Lunch):
3) Scroll down to Applies to These Communities, click on the 3 dots on the right hand side, and click Remove to unlink the menu from the particular community or communities.

- The menu items will still exist on the parent level, but will now be unlinked from the parent community.
4) **Copy & paste the menu items into a separate document before clicking Remove so the menu can be recreated.
Please note: After clicking Remove, the menu will no longer appear for that community. The menu will now need to be re-created in the unlinked community’s account. Below are instructions on how to create the new menu.
Adding A Menu
1) After clicking on the Menus button, click on New Menu
2) Fill in the menu details by pasting in the menu items that were copied in step 4 above, then making any changes as needed:
3) Choose how often the menu occurs and add the Slideshow Theme:
4) Click 'SAVE'
