Issues with content displaying can be caused by restricted or blocked outbound network access required by the platform.
To avoid these issues, ensure your outbound network settings allow the following:
- Access to the *.lifesharetech.com domain and subdomains.
- Access to AWS domains and subdomains located at *.amazonaws.com.
- Access to YouTube located at youtube.com.
- Both Port 80 (HTTP) and Port 443 (HTTPS) should be allowed.
- Unrestricted access to Port 4567
Notes:
- Blocking outbound requests from SHARE players can prevent customer-specific external content from displaying.
- Using an IP address instead of a domain name isn’t recommended as these addresses can change.
